This Patriarch must have learned a lot fro the great Jean Paul 2, the meaning of Christianity, of loving the OTHER (not just the one who is like us), of forgiveness.
This Patriarch is the worst that happened to Lebanon, worst than Joumblat, Geagea and even Hariri, that's how bad he is.
no no you dont have to go that far, he forgot about the maronites

in jezzine and zgharta a long time ago too

Bkerke and its Patriarch have played a primordial role in preserving a strong status for the Christians in Lebanon, and sa2er el mashreq and Antakia of course.

The Patriarch is the spearhead of the Resistance against any occupation, be it Syrian or Israeli, and is against all form of militias, and is the sole protector of the Christians and the Christian community as a whole.

for the last decade the maronite patriarchy seems to be meddling in everything yet doing nothing. so there is clearly something very wrong in this formula. it seems that bkerki is just for show.
well, bkirki is a great podium for 'lat el 7aki'.. does that count for something ?
