You always hide behind Syria. Syria did a lot of bad things to Lebanon but to honestly answer your questions you should replace Syria with "The Lebanese and its leaders" (especially those who you support).

Your argument would make sense if Lebanon had "taxation with representation." But as you well know, the era of Hariri senior was the era of Syrian domination and occupation with US, Israeli, Saudi, and Iranian support. The will of the people was not consulted.

Hariri senior was Saudi Arabia's man in Syrian-occupied Lebanon. He racked up the debt without any input from the rest of us. He and Siniora just collected the taxes, and spent it with their Lebanese and Syrian cronies.

Don't blame FPM for their mistake. FPM was presecuted all that time.
