People built on others' lands because they were displaced from their homes because of the recurrent Israeli wars; they found no place to live in so they built illegal homes. This is much better than stealing others' lands through a corrupt judge like what happened in Solidaire.

Regarding bills' payment, most of Da7ieh inhabitants pay their bills regularly but I know for sure that there are so many people in Tripoli and Akkar who are not paying their bills. There are also many responsibles in March 14 like Michel Mo3awad who are not paying their bills; but we never heard any of you speaking about them.

The electricity company didn't declare any new one later since 2004 , if you have new one provide me.

about illegal building? Where do you live you are in Lebanon-the kingdom of illegal building on earth-.
