Not exactly, let's say things how they are here.
Hezbollah do a good job in some places, but they're not immaculate.

Because if it was indeed neglected then you wouldn't see any policeman in Dahyeh.
Whereas if you go there, you'll realize that the only places where there are indibat people is around the "mourabba3 el amné".
Which means that it's Hezbollah that wants that and not the state that's imposing it on them because of its neglection.

Joseph might not be the best member in the forum and we surely do not agree politically, but he's right about that.

The illegal wiring in Da7yeh is amazing (it does happen in other parts of the country too), but please don't take us for fools by denying it.
