Why are you touched? When I learn Persian and move to Iran, then that would make more sense "to me" at least. The Shiaa don't favour Iran over Lebanon, without their help we would've been with those jews in zion land. Do you favor the Vatican over Lebanon?

The difference between you and I on this matter is that I reject any such statement as a matter of principle, because I do not judge people based on their religious backgrounds.

In case you didn't notice, there is a "probability" in the statement:

the Jews of Lebanon who probably favor Israel over Lebanon.

Why so? Because, there are two kinds of Jews. The majority favor Israel over any other country. The Arab Jews in Israel who have forgotten that they are Arabs is another reason to write such a "logical" statement. What makes the "lebanese" jews any different to the Iraqi or Moroccan ones? The traitors we have are Muslim and Christian, ba3d na2es wa7ad 2asle. Those who "chose" to leave Lebanon to live in the state that raped the region can stay where they went.

i took issue mainly bcz of Haruun's characterization of Lebanon as being less "progressive" than bahrain simply because bahrain appointed a jew as ambassador.

i really don't see how your argument that jews don't feel safe can be valid , because i dont see any proof that they are being threatened . if there are some stupid people who have issued threats (which i don't see any proof of ) , it doesn't mean an entire community should or would feel threatened , because there are stupid ppl who threaten other communities too , and no one hides their identity , even the small communities like the Alawites & Kurds . there is no more anti-jewish sentiment in lebanon than there is anti-Alawite sentiment for example .
