Hey guys
With all my respect to all Aounists,i say that we should respect other religions choice
I mean like our general aoun says that we should christians nominate their own candidates...Why shouldn't we leave the Druze nomination for the Druze people.
And Wiaam wahab always said that he won't be a candidate for the Druze seat in Baabda.
Second thing i would like to congratulate Alain Aoun ,Gharios & hekmat Dib for their nominations.Let us hope they win and start the change from Baabda the Lebanese Orange Fortress.

Can we get lower than that
So what do you propose for us to do in order not be low? Hand guaranteed seats to Berri on a platter in exchange for nothing? Why should Berri get a seat in Jezzine when we can win there against everyone else aligned. Jezzine has had enough of Berri. If Berri is to get a seat in Jezzine, we must get something in return. By this I don't mean the Shiite seat in Baabda, because that should go to FPM automatically (in addition to the Druze seat). I mean a seat in Zahrani, or Nabatiyye, or Bent Jbeil or anywhere else where Berri has a guaranteed seat for us. It has nothing to do with sectarianism or being low. It's about time the FPM received its true representation after being sidelined for 20 years by the likes of Berri himself, who is again up to the same old games. We have had enough of this. And what is Berri doing now? He is working towards an alliance with Hariri in Beirut II. This is Berri! Is this the guy we want to be handing out seats to? I don't think so.

Many FPMers have been quiet on this issue for a while, but I feel like I have to let it out bigtime now. NO to an alliance with Berri anywhere. Not in Jezzine. Not in Baabda. Not anywhere. As far as I am concerned, Berri is a lot worse than tayyar musta2bal+PSP+LF+Kataeb combined and a seat for Berri is a seat to February 14. The guy is not part of the opposition. He's as good as being a Feb 14 man now and worse. He can't be trusted and his history as a sectarian warlord and corrupt crook makes me sick that he has been our speaker for 20 years. He's a disease and we must get rid of him as soon as possible.

Out of the 6 seats in Baabda, FPM has nominated candidates for 4 of them. Don't you think that other parties in the opposition should nominate the other two?

If FPM is confident of a win regardless of the point of view of its allies, then FPM can do like the Marada in Zgharta, choose all the candidates by its own and impose a "fait accompli" on its allies, otherwise FPM needs to accept the choise of is allies.

Fadi el A3war was picked in coordination and agreement with Irslan. If it was for FPM alone, they would have maybe picked Omar el a3war who seems to be very close to FPM.

As it seems it is Kanj for Salim Aazar, pure sectarian coalition, it seems we can't nominate a chiite candidate
P.S: Don't tell me we nominated Abbas Hachem, the statistics forced Berri to accept the nomination
With all due respect, if this is the rule to be applied, why should Berri pick Zahrani's candidate? Why should he decide to whom will the Marje3youn orthodox seat? same for Baalback?

Any solution that doesn't give FPM Kanj in Baabda and Jezzin's 3 seats should be categorically refused .

all nominations shall be decided based on statistics.
Abbas Hachem and Michel Moussa was chosen based on statistics and exchange between FPM and Berri
Based on statistics FPM has the right to nominate one chiite candidate in Baabda and all the 3 candidates in Jezzine. Point a la ligne

Well guys there was a coordination between Irslan and GMA
That is so obvious because you can never choose alone a candidate for a different religion.
This coordiantion has shown the unity between all Oppostion leaders.

the shi3a in baabda should go to berri - he represents more in the chi3a street
the same goes for the 3 seats in jezzine going to FPM
FPM will get a clear push in the christian street (other districts like metn / ahcrafieh / zahleh/ etc...) after having the 3 seats in jezzine - FPM can speek on harrarna the christian voice in the south after 30 years (3 seats out of 5 in the south )
having ramzi kanj in baabda will affect nobody except him

It is not a matter of exchanging seats...
In my opinion Ramzi has the right before anybody else to be on the C&R list in Baabda since he is a fondamental element w 3oudou mou2asses bel tayyar
