A highly ranked lahdian who existed in the ninetees and was blown to pieces and sent to hell by our resistance with the help of patriotic southern Christians.

They were and still are Zionists with excellency. Don't call collaboraters with Syria traitors if you're not willing to call Bachir a traitor for being the first collaborater with Israel. And don't come to me with the "we had to" phrase. All collaboraters do so because of it, some because they "have to eat". No excuses for treason. People were tortured for years and yet refused to change the words that said "NO to occupation". There's something called dignity that's at stake here. How can anyone collaborate with Israel after it did what it did to the region? Who destroyed our LIA airlines? Yet they went crawling to Israel. History repeats itself you know, once bought always bought. Once a traitor always a traitor. Now family and relatives are still doing the crawling.

I agree with you have said but we should not be selective. Israeli traitors and Syrian traitors are the same thing. They both occupied our country and they both caused destruction to our people. They went with Israel and you have gone with Syria. no difference.

Dalzi, when it comes to survival, collaboration becomes a minor issue. it isn't as if bachir went to israel on a sunny summer day and chose to work with them. the Christian community in Lebanon was facing extermination, and the available choices were very limited.

in 1978, plans and alliances in the whole region were thrown upside down after the camp david agreement. israel, who architected henry kissinger plan to replace the Lebanese Christians by the displaced palestinians and solve its problem for good, was now helping the Chrisitans fight the syrians off. and by the same token, the syrians who entered Lebanon to help the Christians out, were now helping the palestinians out and enganged in bloody battles against the Christians.

maybe pierre gemayel and camille chamoun were to blame for not being able to read the outcome of the iseraeli-egyptian agreement in camp david.

but regardless, where do you draw the line for survival?

they were equal in turning our lives to hell they should be treated equaly in martyrdom .

Bashir cooperated with israel ? Hariri cooperated with syria even worse he gave syria the keys of our capital Beirut !!!! so why should we mourn him and remember him more then any of our martyrs ?

and today top of the pop you are allied with the same kataeb / LF .....thanks for the laugh .

people wil never learn ! stokholm syndrom ?????

they both died paying the price of their choices and bad politics ! what is sad is the people who did not learn anything and still run after worthless memories to feed their grudge and hate toward their own brothers and sisters this is a shame and a disgarce !
