It is an ad for the samsung camera, the meaning probably: it is easy to use and anybody can use it from Jesus to its complete opposite the naked lady :)

two new ads from Qatar promoting the Samsung SL310W camera, with their focus on its revolutionary anti-blinking feature.

The campaign effectively showcases this feature with two ads that depict a group picture of students and nuns being taken. We all know that it’s pretty difficult to ensure that no one in the frame blinks his or her eyes when there are a number of people in the shot.

The anti-blink feature is showcased by showing a scandalously dressed woman taking the group picture of the young boys and a man that appears to be Jesus taking the picture of the nuns. In both cases, the people in the image have their eyes wide open and wouldn’t close them for a second.

The witty campaign was photographed by Matt Baker for ad agency FP7 DOHA with creative director Fadi Yaish, copywriter Mohamed Diaa and art director Maged Nassar.

Huh ??!!!! with all due respect to samsung, but do they really think that people will understand the meaning of this ad??....

well sorry to break the news, but this is neither witty nor creactive since it doesn't deliver the desired message....i seriously doubt anyone would make the connection between the ads and the anti-blinking feature.....

but seriously FP7 doha won many awards, they are the first advertising company to have won Cannes twice in a row, they have won the dubai ad festival and Fadi Yaish was part of all these campaigns, if the average person does not understand an ad it means it is creative, it probably won't hit the audience who it is supposed to hit but it is creative nonetheless.
Isn't Picasso creative? how many understand his art? and how many people find "body and soul" as a creative song, yet it was the first jazz track that was called creative because it oscillates around the main note.

For the Christian hawks that are on the verge of picking up pitch forks and burning down the Almustaqbal building (honestly, there are so many other reasons to do so), let me say that your ignorance got the best of you. If you know anything about Islam, you'd also know that attacking Jesus is beyond offensive.

Furthermore, I own a Samsung LCD TV and I must say it has the best picture. And I will always consider this brand as my top pick in the future. As for Al Mustaqbal newspaper, unfortunately we don't have it here in Dubai, which is why there is a chronic shortage of toilet paper.

Seriously though, if you want to use this "fiasco" (which it isn't) in order to wake up the Feb 14 Christians, you are doomed to fail. When these same Christians allow for toxic waste to be burried under their villages, when they ally with those who are convicted of murdering their brother and family, and when the Batrak gives presidential protocols to the biggest butcher of Christians when he visits, this "fiasco" will certainly not move them.
