you do not seem to understand i will repeat what i said in a previous post :this add can be released world wide and its ok we saw worst then that and the "international" comunity did not move a finger , but in Lebanon ? well dear it is another story ... they burnt Ashrafiyeh for something published about the prophet Mohamet in a newspaper on the other side of the globe NOT in Lebanon !!! and it was ok with you ?

If Samsung is lying (the most probable scenario), then it's doing so to protect its image.
if OTV is lying, nothing makes sense anymore. How did the add appear on Mustaqbal in the first place? Shou Mustaqbal is so unprofessional to publish an add in Samsung's name but not approved/sent by the company? Hence, Samsung surely sent the add, and since it's a business corporation, its goal is to reach the max number of audience. So logically, all newspapers are contacted. The fact that only Mustaqbal published it entails that the rest refused.
Besides, what is the benefit for OTV to fabricate such a lie? Its initial reportage on the add was more than enough. There was no real need for any salt spreading.

So FBM, a little more sense, and less blind defending and illogical attacks!

In theology, Jesus is a symbol for all christians, Sfeir is just a member of the clergy who interferes in politics and neglects his religious duties. He does not represent Jesus and is not God's person on Earth (nor is any clergy for that matter). So ur "weird" comment is baseless.

This is an ad for a product, created by an advertisement agency and published on a newspaper.
I don't think any church in any village in any banana republic will care to comment on an ad for Jesus taking a picture and make a fuss about it. For political reasons, OTV and Al Nashra are focusing on linking the two ads together although the first one is on page 2 and the second is on page 22. And everybody knows that in Islam, Jesus Christ is on the same level of Prophet Mohamad and Mustaqbal or Hariri won't dare to think of insulting Christ.

My point was, the people who gets offended by such ad should be blind followers for the church.

A) AlMustaqbal's hypocrisy when dealing with similar issues in different context;
or
B) Because it is an attack on Lebanon's Christian community.
