It really doesn't matter Sunger, at all, who they want to consider as enemy or defend themselves against. It could be Syria, Israel, America, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkemnistan, Iran, Hezbollah (or other internal players)...or each others at some moment. The point is, since some groups are setting their own policies, and building their own security\military branches, it would only be just and fair for other groups to do the same, or else they will be subject to discrimination and oppression.
