LOL.. Taking such frivolous approach, one could consider the unpaid bills as electrical wastage due to the poor condition of the plants and grid, it's like they were never billed in the first place!

Furthermore, do you realize that the economy is inter-linked?

As an example, a tank of fuel will cost the smugglers 8$ (they would sell it at 10$) while other citizens will pay 15$... do you think it's fair for the tax-payer?

What kind of cable do you have? If the citezen was smart he'd buy the $10 one just like the average citezen buy the 2000 LL DVD instead of the $30 one... But phones and electricity is something we all use therefore we have to pay... Like the generator in the building everyone pays...

The citizen living in the South for example does not realize where or how to buy the smuggled 10$ tank, he goes to the regular gas station and fills at 15$.. plus those 10$ tanks are limited in offer, capice?

I'm pretty sure that the southern can get $10 gas via bekaa (syria-bekaa-south)? What cable do you use?
