Lebanon and the Middle East after 14/02/2005 werent the same as they were before. We had never witnessed an assassination that yielded a political aftermath with such magnitude.

إعتبر مفتي جبل لبنان الشيخ محمد علي الجوزو أنّه "بغض النظر عن ردود الفعل التي جاءت من بعض الاشخاص المغرضين تعليقاً على التصريح الذي صدر عنا يوم الاثنين (الماضي)، فإنني أُقدر كل التقدير البيان الذي صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي في الاتحاد الماروني العالمي الذي دلّ على فهم عميق لما أوردناه في هذا التصريح من تصوير دقيق للحالة المتردية التي أوصلنا إليها السياسيون في لبنان والتي لم نقصد فيها الاساءة الى الطائفة المارونية الكريمة بقدر ما كان الهدف هو التنديد بمن عطلوا الحياة السياسية واثبتوا أنّ لبنان يحتاج الى الوصاية لأنّه عاجز عن تأليف الحكومة". وأوضح: "أنا لم أُطالب بتهجير الموارنة وإعادتهم الى سوريا من حيث اتوا، بل وجّهت كلامي الى جميع الطوائف اللبنانية ومنهم الموارنة، وقلت: "هذا هو لبنان اليوم، فلماذا لا يهاجر أهله جميعاً، ويمنحونه هدية لسوريا وعملاء سوريا؟ كيف لا يَضيْق أهل لبنان به، ويترحّمون على أيام عنجر وضباط عنجر، ألم يأت الموارنة من سوريا فليعودوا اليها، وليعد لبنان كله الى سوريا وليس الذي اشتاق إلى سوريا وحده".

الجوزو، وفي بيان، قال: "آسَفْ أن يفهم بعضهم كلامنا فهماً خاطئاً، أو أن يُحرّف هذا الكلام تحريفاً يخدم فيه توجهاته الطائفية المُغرقة في التخلف". أضاف: "لقد أخرج هذا البعض، كلامنا عن سياقه العام، وأراد أن يشوّه الصور، ويقلب الحقائق ويثير الغرائز الطائفية لحماية نفسه وحماية مواقفه وحماية مكاسبه في الحقائب الوزارية".

ورأى الجوزو أنّه "كان الناس في عهد الوصاية يتلقون تعليماتهم من عنجر، وكان ضابط من ضباط عنجر يؤلف الحكومة، أما الآن وبعد أن تحرّرنا من عنجر، أصبح كل واحد منا يغني على ليلاه، ليُثبت أنّ لبنان لا يستطيع أن يحكم نفسه بنفسه"، وأردف: "أصبح الحنين الى سوريا يدفع بعضهم الى الالتزام الكامل بما تمليه المخابرات السورية على بعض السياسيين، خاصة اولئك الذين تناسوا كل الدماء التي سالت على أرض لبنان وسارعوا لإعلان الولاء لسوريا".

Really? Does it explicitly say that? Or is it your personal analysis based on the fact that powers were stripped from the president and given to the cabinet?

If it is explicitly mentioned I would be thankful if show me where it says so. If it's a personal analysis keep it to yourself.
