واعتبر رعد أنّ الكارثة هي التي تحل بالذي تكلف ودفع وحرّض واستخدم كل الأسلحة في معركته ولم يستطع ان يحقق تقدما في العملية الانتخابية في موقعه العددي في المعادلة الانتخابية.
