But the risk here is that they do the new ID and vote with it without sending you to Leb ;)

You don't have to ask for a new ID lebgeneral if you already have one. And if you do need a new one, you can always apply for it outside of the LF form

ايها المواطن اللبناني

7 حزيران 2009 سيكون استحقاقا مفصليا في تاريخ لبنان، اذ سيقوم اللبنانيون عبر انتخاب ممثليهم في الندوة البرلمانية الاختيار بين المحافظة على وجهه التاريخي الحضاري، لبنان الرسالة، لبنان التعايش، لبنان دولة القانون وحرية التعبير او تكريس لبنان بلد الرأي الواحد والمرتهن لجهات اقليمية تشعل فيه الحرب كلما ارادت الهاء المجتمع الدولي عنها وعن مطامعها واعمالها الارهابية. فهذه الدورة لن تكون معركة تنافس لايصال شخص نعرفه او لاختيار مرشح الحزب الذي يحمل المشروع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي الاكثر اقناعاً كما كنا نتمنى وكما يحصل معنا في انتخابات الدول المضيفة في الاغتراب، انما معركة مصيرية ستحدد وجه لبنان.

وبما ان مفتاح اللعبة الديمقراطية يرتكز على مبدأ تأمين عدد الأصوات الكفيلة بإنجاح هذا المرشّح أو ذاك، نتوجه اليك اليوم لحثك على ممارسة واجبك الوطني والمشاركة بتحديد مصير لبنان عبر انتخاب لائحة 14 آذار لانه خيار يكفل المحافظة على الهوية اللبنانية وعلى لبنان كوطن سيد ومستقل يتوق للعيش بسلام وازدهار بعيداً عن منطق الحرب للحرب والقمع بالسلاح والاقتصاد القائم على المال السياسي الآتي من الخارج.

لذا وتحضيراً للمشاركة في انتخابات 7 حزيران في لبنان يقوم حزب القوات اللبنانية بمراسلة كل لبناني توفر له عنوانه لحثه على انتخاب مرشحيه ومرشحي قوى 14 آذار للاسباب المذكورة اعلاه.
فإذا كنت من المنضوين في احدى قوى 14 آذار او من الذين يشاطرون هذا التحالف السيادي خطه السياسي ولم تقم بعد بالاجراءات اللازمة المذكورة ادناه فانك مدعو للاتصال بممثل الحزب الذي تنتمي اليه او الذي تعتبره الاقرب اليك وتسليمه استمارة الاتصال المرفقة ربطا قبل 15 شباط 2009 حتى يصار للتحقق من وجود اسمك على لوائح الشطب في لبنان وإلا للقيام باللازم خلال شهر شباط وضمن المهلة القانونية.

لذا يرجى القيام بملء استمارة اتصال لكل شخص يفوق عمره الـ21 سنة ويحمل الهوية اللبنانية الجديدة او جواز سفر لبناني صالح حتى تاريخ 7 حزيران 2009 على الاقل.
(اخراج القيد ليس مستند مقبول به للتعريف عن صاحبه في الانتخابات، والبطاقة الانتخابية تم الغاؤها.)
هذا الاجراء يعني جميع الأشخاص حتى الذين يقترعون في اقضية تعتبر محسومة للطرف الآخر، وهو أساسي وضروري قبل البحث بأي تفاصيل أخرى. الرجاء حجز العطلات السنوية لهذه الفترة منذ الآن.

Until we can vote in our consulats, its our right to travel to lebanon and vote

it would have been easier if the voters outside the country were allowed to vote in the country they are resident in .... but it seems you and your allies btekhrou masari so you don't care , you prefer if the lebanese get free tickets from money that already was stolen from them ...
