I don't understand why they are not demonstrating. What is stopping them from doing so?

Is it the Batrak? is it Aoun? who?

Let them go and demonstrate. We are in free country, every one has the right to say what he beleives in, and demostrate for that.

Aoun cannot stop them, neither the Batrak... So, let them go into action and take responsabilities of the outcome.
I am happy for the first time that GMA is not in that government. Otherwise, he will end up like SABAA resignating for decision taken by others.

All these commotions being made by the "Majority" are for one reason only: to keep GMA from the presidency. Unfortunately for them, they cannot have the cake and eat it! Berry was elected by the Shiites, Sanioura was assigned by the Sunnis, so in the end the Christians will have to elect their president.

No demonstrations can ever take place to dethrone Lahoud without FMA because they are the Christian majority and everyone of their leaders fully knows it! Without the Christian bulk, no one can touch Lahoud and this is what's killing them.

That's why all of them are facing the one bitter fact: Lahoud can only go if GMA takes his place, and they are trying to get out of it by barking out loud.

In the end "Ma Biso7 Illa Sa7i7"

Well i would like to ask :
Is it acceptable to participate in a demo on the 28th of February 2005 to Force Mr. Karame to resignate and it is not acceptable to participate in a Demo to force Mr. Lahoud to resignate ???..

Because Mr. Karameh was a Syrian traitor and Mr. Lahoud isn't, wasn't, will never be! W. Heh, like it or not!

NOW, I hope that responded your speculations

It's always nice to have a little humor, isn't it?

To answer you, using the same line of thought...

is Berri the only Shiite able to handle the speaker of the house position....

is Saad the only one that can represent the Sunnis...

Look at the polls my friend and bow down to the people's choice

Diabolo,

Please let's talk and let's put emotions aside. Ok, Do we agree? I really don't want to be bombarded and dragged into other issues that make no progress in our discussions whatsoever. And we are not contesting here. We are discussing abbout what's best for OUR country! Remember, OUR country!

Did Mr. Saad assume the PM position? No, right! It was sanyora. And it was a great call because I don't believe he was the right choice to assume that position.

Allow me to think the same way about GMA! can I? I don't believe it's to the best of Lebanon's interest for GMA to assume the presidential chair. GMA has beared lots of baggage from the past. We are talking about the future to be president of all Lebanon and not just LFPM. This stance if taken by GMA will gain him much respect, I guarantee you. That's my opinion. Furthermore, others in LFPM may enjoy that quality, and why not others then? Why rule out other options?

Yi3ni, ma3leshi, let's all of us bite the bullet for the sake of this country. The more I research LFPM the more I feel it's a one man show type movement. What will happen if GMA is not around us, God forbid? Has anybody thought about that? Why is it my way or no other way? haram hal balad
