جورج سروع: انزال الرئيس بالشارع غير مسموح

Well i would like to ask :
Is it acceptable to participate in a demo on the 28th of February 2005 to Force Mr. Karame to resignate and it is not acceptable to participate in a Demo to force Mr. Lahoud to resignate ???

Well why is FPM having Double Standards ??

Anyway i would like to Celebrate the 1st aniversary of the huge Demo n the
28th OF FEBRUARY 2005 ... it was really great specially when we walked from Nahr el kalb till Martyrs Square because of Mr. Franjieh (interior ministre at that time) ordered to close all roads that leads to the Liberty Square ....

Do not mix things, I didn’t demonstrate to remove Karame last year, I demonstrated against the Syrian occupation, and yes, demonstrating against any government is logical if it is for convincing reasons, while in your case, you want to remove Lahoud in order to take control of the country, do not tell me he is a Syrian puppet, he was a Syrian puppet two months ago when you were sitting with him on the same table in the government.

it s very easy
last year the majority of the lebanese people wanted Karamé to resign and was willing to go to the streets asking for such a thing

this year u cant find such a majority asking for the resignation of lahoud and willing to hit the streets

That's the first time I ever hear about celebrating the anniversary of a demonstration

Imagine if FPM wanted to celebrate anniversaries of its demonstrations. I'll probably then sell my house and live in the street

it is and it was not a double standad , to explain it for you for the million time :

- february 2005 the ppl were demonstrating against the government and the syrian occupation
- february 2006 THE government is asking the ppl for demonstration against the President . Unusual and meaningless and nonsense in every democratic country in the free world

government vs president or president vs government ---> law + doustour + parliament must face the problem and not the folk .

Let me add something to what X said.
Back to then, the big majority wanted from Karame to quit his office as a head of the lebanese government.
Now, the people who are inviting for the use of the streets in order to get rid from Lahoud DON'T REPRESENT the majority of the Lebanese citizens....
We need a truely free president not another puppet.
Peace

Since the demo of 28th February 2005 was intended to force Mr.Karame, the prime minister, to resignate... It was against the head of the governement ruled by the Syrian regime. Now, I think we had lots of reason to demonstrate this 28th February 2006 to force Mr.Sanioura (the prime minister) to resignate. The Syrians are no more in Lebanon but the problems are still there and more than ever.

They are really funny these Ourtet Shahwen, they made it to get MP's because they were pushing together with Saad, Jumpi and few others to implement the electoral law of their Syrian friends and they are saying that they are against Lahoud. Ignorants they want to help Saad to get the Caw and wait for him to throw them a rotten Bone.

If any other Law was implemented, none of them would have managed it to be MP and the People were today eased from their barking, but I tell everybody: don't worry, Dogs that bark loudly don't bite!

Shame on them, a bunch of stupid losers, they are asking the People to do the dirty job for them so that they can get slaves of Saad

Please don't hesitate to correct me if I see things wrong.

Feb 28 2005 was to get the Syrians out, Feb 28 2006 is to sell the Country to the Devil
