How's AUB's outlook this year?

I am an MBA student there, but have been out of touch from the elections every since i graduated... i only contact Mario Chamoun for info (who was a student there too)... Can anyone from AUB update me?

Is engineering still our stronghold this year?

Is medicine a good prospect kinda like previous years?

What about Arts & Sciences (yalle bte2loub el daffe) ???

Finally, has business succumbed forever to the FM? (be wa2te, it was our 2al3a for three years :(

What about the others? (Health Sciences, Agriculture).

Cheers.

On the board are Nefnefeh and Tarek Mitri, Tarek Mitri who has no problem in denying any rights for the Orthodox VPM, just so his makers do not feel upset. What shall we expect eza hal masstara mssaytra 3al jem3a.

I always keep on saying this :

Those who can't loose decently will never be able to win someday

In my times (long time ago) it was really easier to run elections..
We had many charismatic people whose only purpose was to serve Tayyar, we had political issues that attracted students (syrian occupation, etc.)
Now it's more difficult to run elections, and i dont think that we have real "castles" especially in USJ.. And since the battle in USJ & NDU are the most important (bil ezen min l LAU :) ) i think that everyone can participate in it.. Every single vote is crucial... in ESIB we won last year by less than 20 voices (in comparaison, we won by 80 voices 2 years ago)
so everyone who knows someone in any faculty, make "your pressure", and it's not the first time thay USJ council is against us, and whatever they did we always won, this year should be the same !!

The FEA is a Castle that will not fall....Samidoun ;)
Medicine is like usual a good prospect.
Business is a lost cause, the admissions office is making our job alot harder. We are barely hoping for a couple of "khare2".I might sound sectarian but the faculty is full of sunnis.
And FAS will be the mother of all battles this year.
As for FHS and FAFS, i dont have much clues about what is going on there, but we will have a couple of good candidates in FAFS.
Last year was one of our worst (if not THE worst) results in AUB.This year will be alot better.
