The independents that brought you to the limelight in 2005 will bury you 6 feet under in 2009.

They can't promise their followers that they will win next year, cause simply they are convinced that they can't do that. They just want to break this 70 % and make it 65 or 60%.
We should not care about this issue, as long as we become the majority in the next elections.
You have 70% now and no majority. You think if you go down to 60% you will have majority?? Typical Aounist thinking!

You said it Boiler...

same strategy that Amin Gemayel used in metn.

We won with a first timer, total incognito guy (with all due respect..), facing a huge mega-supreme Leader of Kataeb, Bay el-Chahid, in his his own region, supported by 10s millions of Dollars, + huge propaganda from the roses , till the media coverage... and they still say : You lost Metn!!!...

walla only in lebanon... and believe me in 2009 it will be the same..

anyway... who cares!

lebgeneral, if FPM cant admit to itself that it barely squeaked by in the recent Matn elections and significantly lost Christian support in that district, then sadly you have blinders on, and blinders do not bode well for 2009.
Anyway I do not think that your opinion is shared by your leadership, and I know many FPMers that will admit clearly that Matn will be extremely tough for them in 2009.

haydeh scientific calculator.....maybe it will help

50.000001 % is more than 49.9999999%

Kindergarten students know that .

No Majority because Hariri was controlling some Christian areas were FPM and allies won, plus no more quad alliance in 2009.....bye bye

typical LF thinker!

Listen 3ammo, in 2005 we had 1/3 of total lebanese votes and we got 20 Mps, while 14Febers got 1/3 of total lebanese votes, and got 70 MPs!!

in 2009, and because of the new law that your leaders didn't want, these 20 can become 50!!!

Capish?

you didn't tell me if you agreed on the sentence!!! :)

As for 2009, yes I do not deny that it will be tough, but if FPM/Tachnag faced all the others...
because if not... then it's another story ;)
