Don't worry about how the Geageas and the Junblats will attack us...

I repeat something that I said in another thread: the only thing that can prevent FPM from getting the largest parliamentary bloc in the history of Lebanon is FPM itself.

If we don't, we'll only have ourselves to blame.

Amirkani, FPM has been hurting itself, its viability and its credibility since 2005. You are absolutely correct in what you said except that it has already started since 2005. I still think that FPM is its own worse enemy today in the Christian districts, and people will not vote for the other side as much as they will cast a vote against FPM.

Venom, I do not support Samir Geagea or the LF. I am nevertheless very critical of FPM.

I am an independent.

I didn't say FPM "is" its own worst enemy. I said FPM is slated to get the largest parliamentary bloc in Lebanon's history and I truly believe it will. And, unlike what you're saying, I think this is possible because of FPM's right choices.

I am just warning that irresponsible FPM behavior in the future is the only thing that can bring its demise.

And, by the way, I believe that Lebanon has started to rebound and its best days are not too far ahead.

Malak, No doubt, we will all wake up to the bells of 2009... The bells will be loud in Kesrwen and Jbeil... and they will be deafening in Matn and Zahle...
The independents that brought you to the limelight in 2005 will bury you 6 feet under in 2009.

I'm always skeptical about such expectations speculations (for or against). How could you be sure, joseph, about the outcome of 2009 elections?

Chafic, of course I am not sure. Its only a hunch, that is extremely biased by my own feelings and experiences. It is simply fun to formulate it in a colorful way :), but often when you do that it appears as if you are speaking in absolute terms!!

ن ??!!

Why don't u question FM,PSP,LF....about their achievements when they were in power.
FPM had the largest parliamentary block and did not introduce a single bill in parliament. You think you can fool the people again??
