إذا كان االآخرون يوافقون على الإبقاء على مقاعدهم و زعاماتهم و جمهورهم دون أن يحققو لهم أي شيء من أمانيهم و أهدافهم لمن انتخبوه و يعيد لهم حقوقهم و يقدم شيئا لبناء الوطن لكل أبناءه, فالجنرال ليس من هذا النوع, هو يسير وفق قناعاته فيما يراه يخدم من وثقوا به, و يوصلهم إلى المكان الذي يرجونه, و لا يتبع جمهوره ليبقي على ممنصبه و موقعه, لأنه يفضل أن يكون معه قسم من الناس يحقق لهم على الأقل بعض أهدافهم على أن يكون معه كل الناس و لا يحقق لهم أيا من أهدافهم لأنه رجل يحب ما يفعل و يحب تحقيق أهدافه لخدمة الناس و ليس ما يحبه االناس لخدمة نفس
