and what do u mean by that exactly, I've tried running games on 128k and they run amazingly well.

Yes on a 128/128 connection they will definitely run well with a close to 0 ping time. But even if you have a close to 0 ping time on 64k upload speed you will encounter difficulties.

WISE for instance offers a 64kbps upload speed.

Btw, Xbox Live recommends a minimum 512/256 connection speed. But it does actually work on a lower speed reaching 128/128 with a low ping rate.

64k upload is enough when there aren't many players in the game.
Usually we play 3 or 4 players but not more.
