I just tired "Likewise Open" on Ubuntu 9.10 to join the active directory and IT WOKRED PERFECTLY!!!!

anyone has installed eclipse on ubuntu 9.10?
i'm having trouble running it, and it seems it's a common bug, so any help would be useful :D
i downloaded eclipse ganymede, and put it in /opt.
