1-k, u only get this error when u try to sign up on or local pc ? or do u get it everywhere.

2-what about signing in, can u or anybody sign in our ur computer using their old msn account ??

this could be related to ur computer setup or ur cable provider.

at any rate, as a simple test, try to install a different web browser than IE and use that instead to sign up. google for Opera or Firefox and download and install those browsers and try next.

if that doesn't help, i think u have a problem with ur internet provider.
at any rate, what is ur answer for 1 and 2 ?

thank you for replying:
1- I get it from everywhere not from my PC
2- Yeah everybody can signing in from my computer no problem.

I didn't understand : install a different web browser than IE and use that instead to sign up. google for Opera or Firefox and download and install those browsers and try next.?????
Please help.

that's very strange no doubt about it.
since u get this error from all pcs don't bother getting Opera or Firefox, forget about them.

did u try to create an MSN account with a different name ?

as a last resort, u can ask anyone to create the specific msn account u want for u.

when they do that, u can simply access ur account and then change ur password.

presto, it's done and over even if we don't know what the problem was.

although a screenshot would be helpful. i think that is gonna be complicated for her to do.
but we do have this error code nb 0x800482d4.

so i think this error is restricted to the limited msn account creation quota per IP address for each couple fo days. so if everybody behind the NAT is having to wait for his 'opening' to create a new account then things are gonna degenerate like rapidshare usage degenerates for queued users behind NAT.

so her only option is to keep trying, or better yet to go try to create a new MSN account on a completely different interent ISP or even better yet have someone from a different network open an account for her and then she can login and just change the password.
