Default Screen Recording Software for Mac-OS - 15th February 2009

You guys have all heard about Camtasia for PC Which records video from your computer screen, I need a similar Software for MAC operating system in order to record a Video Tutorial for a Client. I have heard of "Jing" for Mac But i'm not sure how good this is and i need advice on Which Software to download and were to get it from if possible.

check this out: Macintosh Programs

you'll find all the Mac software you can dream of; just search for it. I'm pretty sure they have it because I once downloaded it from this site.

If "Trip" is short for my username Then I think I understand the Question, I'm teaching a bit of movies VFX and integrating 3D elements with a live footage, But Sadly I'm doing it on a Mac which i'm not familiar with and Now i'm Having trouble converting a .SWF to a .MOV or anything else without Losing the Audio Data.
