I want to control the access to the internet ... We have a limited DSL connection and some users are accessing many useless pages and download things ... I just want to know what pages are accessed by each user and the rate of download/upload.

A protocol analyzer would do that, but you wouldn't be able to read it properly.
You could install a web filter and take out the useless websites to reduce bandwidth consumption (LANCTRL on Windows, SQUID on Linux are both free)

I implemented SBS 2K3 once, it has limited features and is good enough for a small company (max of 15-20 nodes)

Thank u Ice for replying... I have some questions for you if you don't mind

1- did u use it as a domain controller also ???

2- Is it recommended to install our SQL Database on it too ? ... in that case it will hold the DC, exchange, ISA, and the DB

3- Why u said that it is good enough to small companies with max 15-20 users ??? ... i already read that it can hold 75 users
