There are only 2 games worth their salt that are PS3 exclusive, Metal Gear Solid 4 and Killzone 2. The rest are all meh.

IGN's 2008 round-up place Xbox 360 above PS3, for the second year in a row!! So while the PS3 clearly has better hardware, like nuclearcat pointed out, it doesn't have developers who have the know-how on how to make use of it. You can have all the Terras and Gigas per second you can dream about, but if it's for flops like Uncharted, Resistance 2, and Heavenly Sword (!), then what a waste. You might as well play Excel or Word on ur new super-PC.

What i listed were the exclusivities that were highly rated, there are other games that are not good rated, what i listed is not flop, if you don't like them it doesn't mean they are flops. the flops are other exclusives like Lair that i did not mention.
Don't forget also that these are only the PS3 exclusives while all other games that are not exlusives are on the two consoles sometimes even on the wii. Xbox also has exclusives, but other than Fable and that shooter game i forgot its name there are no games you can mention. Wait for you Xbox 3D.

Gears of War 2 (the one u couldn't remember, which makes u unique btw)
Fable 2
Ace Combat 6
Halo 3 (or maybe this one)
Halo Wars
Lost Odyssey
Ninja Gaiden 2
Saints Row
Too Human

The above are all games that got above 8.0 on IGN.

hey all you ps3 fanatics out there i started on Ps3 home yesterday and dowloaded the whole thing and went online which almost took foreever then i got to the square where your suppose to interact with other people and i was tottaly lost what the purpose of the ps3 home

To interact with other people. To directly join games if there is a host. To design your own home. To play some mini games. etc...
