Man, regarding gaming Experience, PS3 is great! do you have motion sensitive experience (like the Wii)? well we do..
You still need to change the bateries of your controler, while we just plug it to the USB to recharge it.
You need to pay for XBOX Live, while it's free on PS3.
You must have a 20Gb max HD, while I have now 320Gb HD (since the sweep is so easy)
You don't have Movement detection Webcam, while we do..
You have a 720 HD ready, while the PS3 is Full HD.
You have DVI connexion slot, while we have the HDMI...
You cannot copy Movies and MP3 that you download on your Xbox, while we can copy everything (except games) from the PS3 to a PC.

Talking about motion controller, there is a game on PS network, bowling game which uses the sixaxis just like the Wii does but with much better graphics and a lot of depth in regards to spinning and throwing force and speed, download it, it is $10 but really worth it.

What are the most important factors that constitute the Gaming Experience?

1- Graphics: Xbox 360 is shown to have better graphics in most games.
2- Controller: The 360 has a world class controller which is much better than the PS3's.
3- As for the HD, the Elite provides 120 GB. Honestly, are you buying the console to store thousands of files or to play the offered games! So I guess 20 GB is more than enough to justify a superb gaming experience.
4- The webcam of the 360 is not bad at all. Moreover, I dn't really care about the webcam with online gaming!
5- The 360 has full HD too.
6- The 360 has HDMI connection too.
7- I would rather download stuff on my laptop than on my 360 which I initially bought to run games and not download stuff!!
8- As for the Xbox Live, trust me the couple of bucks a month are worth every penny in comparison with the basic Home the PS3 offers.

Again, I am sorry to say that the PS3 is no match for the 360 which looked out to be constructed in a magnificently efficient and effective way unlike the PS3!

Well you're the only who is not admitting facts...
world class controller shou houeh F16? it doesn't even have motion control. Your Xbox does not have better graphics, only the games that were done on both consoles in 720p are better the games that were done in Full HD are better on PS3 some are not even made or be made for the Xbox as of now.
If you don't want a hard disk even the 20Gigs are useless but yes we store files we watch movies and this is a great thing to have. The webcam is useless with your Xbox, in PS3 it is actually used in many games, the 360 is not Full HD, don't download stuff on your console nobody is forcing you but guess what i download the movies from my desktop to my PS3 without even having to unplug or plug cables, i do it by Wifi and then watch the movies, i download my mp3s and play them on the sound system in the living room without having to play them on my computer... You don't need that good for you... don't buy a PS3 nobody is trying to convince you but don't try to convince others. And if you want to pay money to play games then it is your money to spend, but in PS3 you don't pay and you get the same even more you get the PSN network that is a game by itself, like second life...
Also you can even a bluetooth keyboard or mouse and headset on PS3 but of course you don't need them
If you bought a Xbox and are regretting it don't try to convince us it is better . If you don't need all the options of PS3 that does not mean a lower tech machine is better.

It is too easy.

At this time, Xbox has more games tailor made for the xbox graphics/processing power, so to the untrained eye, it seems as Xbox has better graphics/processing power.

However, PS3 has higher graphics and processing capability, that means, in the next few years PS3 will continue to move up the ladder while Xbox will not be improving.

Having said that, PS3 is already an excellent media outlet and an xbox does not come close.

My PS3 is bigger than your Xbox AND I use my PS3 better than you use your Xbox.

I have no idea why some people think that 360 doesn't support full HD (1080p). I know the Elite 360 does, and the fact that I own it, with 1080p HDMI connection proves me right.

The day developers figure out how to use the juice in the PS3 processor, Microsoft would have developed a newer generation of Xbox. I would rather place my money on something that is CURRENTLY kicking *** than on something that I hope in the future will pay back. People, it's a gming console that you're buying, not a piece of real estate.

When I want to invest my money, I would like to invest it on something taht I will keep at least 5-6 years
The average of the Life of a PS station is 7years, with 5 years exclusivity: ex. PS2 has been around since 2001, and starting 2006 has been with PS3. till fall 2007, PS2 was even in front of PS3 and XBox360.

Investing on the long run is not just to save money, it's to have a garantee of great games. Developpers do not only need to get used to program on a system, but the producers need to also have the max nb of consoles to garantee a max of sales. this is precisely the reason why PS3 exclusivity only starts to be released in 2008.
If you tell me that Xbox will release a new console, than they will lose the only advantage they had which is the market share. They'd better come up with a revolutionary Console, or else I don't see any advantage in buying the Xbox with 10 games available. The reason they could penetrate the market in 2006, is precisely because they had the HD-Ready 700dpi which was a revolution back then compared to the 300DPI of the PS2.
Now the PS3 is Full-HD with 1080P. The current elite has 1080i. so the best they can do is upgrade to 1080P. Add motion sensitive feature etc..
would you really think it's worth buying a new console for this?

PS3 has the best games so far, and MGS4, GT5, Killzone2 and Final Fantasy XIII are Multi-millions PS3 exclusives. on the other side what do you have to compete with those? Halo3? that's it I guess...

On IGN's top 10 games of 2007, Xbox took 6 spots, including the top 2, while Wii took one spot and PS3 took the remaining 3.

As for the future, there is an equal number of exclusive games, if not more than PS3, that are expected to sell in the millions. To name a few:
-Halo Wars (RTS)
-Too Human
-Fable 2 (made by legendary Peter Molyneux)
-Ninja Gaiden 2
-Fallout 3 (makers of Oblivion)
-Gears of War 2 (!!!!!!!)

That's for 2008.... As for 2009, XBox 360 and PC games will begin to utilize the Unreal 3 engine, which so far is proving difficult to adapt on the PS3.

Yalla PS3, bring it on... I have a 360 waiting for you....
