heheh !! I met the a marketing guy from Paypal who were in Paris for a deal with La Banque Postale. When i asked him why Paypal does not work in Lebanon, he replied that it could be for several reasons and more likely because the Lebanese banking system does not allow it or they couldn't make any deal with any bank in Leb.

They don't have Lebanon as part of their country list. I'm checking now and it's not available.

Shop and ShipThe Aramex Shop&Ship mailbox service allows you to enjoy all the benefits of shopping online from US or UK websites as if you are actually living there. This service offers you a personal mailing address in the US and the UK where you can receive your correspondence as well as personal and business packages such as Internet orders, gifts, magazine subscriptions, bank statements and more. Aramex then forwards the mailbox contents to your doorstep back home at very competitive rates, saving you time, effort and money.

In other words, you will have a virtual address in the US and the UK, you will shop from, let's say, amazon and you will specify that US address (local shipping fees concerning amazon). Aramex will then ship your items from that US address to Lebanon.

Aramex Shop and Ship
I tried this service, it is great, you just pay 35 USD and you get 2 lifetime mail addresses in the UK and USA.
But they take 10 USD for every 0.5 Kg, it means that if the laptop and its accessories weigh around 3 Kg, you will be charged 60 Dollars. Add to it TVA w jomrok.
This service is great for letters.
