my 9600m gt performance

Hehe already did. Dont even bother with Gamer settings, just stick with mainstream and put Shadows on minimum, with a rez of 1024x768.

i play on 1024x768 and in advanced 7attet all options to medium :(
in other forums they're telling me that this is the normal range of this card
it's not mainly because of the card , but this crysis is demanding like hell

all is good and dandy Orange Infection just as long as u don't try to run GTA4 on ur laptop cuz that game requires a farm of super computers to run the pc version hehe

Nah its because they havent bothered to optimize the code for the pc. Otherwise it would have played just like any other game with its graphical range.

When you play COD4 or 5, make sure to turn "anti-aliasing" off as that would have a big impact on performance if you are using lower end video card like yours.

no man, the ported code of gta4 was heavily optimized by a whole pack of intoxicated baboons that they imported straight from the jungles of africa.

for as far as Sht goes, this is the best piece of ported bull in gaming history.

it's just horrendously slow and buggy and ugly on the pc.

chapeau bas to rockstar for hitting rock bottom with this bile successor to a once legendary pc series.

the new game characters are great and so is he music but nothing on earth can save this pc port from its cardinal sins.

all this reminds me of how organized religions kinda end up screwing up the original message of the saviors and prophets just to make a quick buck out of it.

btw i am playing cod5 with everything on , including autoaliasing (4x) .......... very smooth , no problems at all
there's no real options to turn on in cod5 anyway , very brief options list

Yeah well, you have a 9600m gt, which is basicaly equates to a 9500. 9500 range cards are pretty low end my friend. 9800's vanillas and 9600gt's are mid range and everything above is high, everything below is low.

i got the same laptop its an HP 2.26ghz 4gb ram and geforce 9600mgt
i tried COD 4 at 1024x768 and bioshock at 1024x768 they were great
also pes 2008 worked at 1280x800 full graphics. i only installed them to see what this vga can handle, and uninstall them.

nothing beats playing on ps3 on a 40inch specially COD 4 :P
