my 9600m gt performance

i have it since yesterday only
so i didn't try it enough yet
and don't have any really new games to try it on
but i will post this anyway
this video card is supposed to be amazing , i tried untill now nba 2007 and generals zero hour destructive forces , and i am not impressed at all

in nba i try it at 1024x768 but with low details settings
the display is good but the performance is bad , betsir t3alle2 shway ....
nba 2007 is an old game and my 9600m gt is a very powerful video (512 mb dedicated) card it should run this at full detailed settings without any single problem .......
with zero hour destructive forces i play at maximum details , if i play skirmish with all 8 players included the game become very very slow
but in other play modes it works well

anyway these 2 games are old and they shouldn't be a match to my video card
i don't know if these games are unfamiliar with vista , bas i used to play nba 2007 on my desktop (geforce4 64mb , 384 ram . 1.7 ghz) at low details (winxp) bala ma t3alli2 bel marra
on my lappy 2.2 ghz core 2 duo , 4 gb ram and 512 mb geforce 3am bet3alli2
l3ama leh ???
anyone have a similar laptop or grafic card and have this nba can try it on his personal pc ?????

i started downloading drivers men zamen ya man.....(it's not a 5 mbs file )

let me see if i understood u right

so i take it u started downloading the driver files but haven't finished yet, right?

if so, what driver version are u downloading btw. the lastest should be around 80mb or something in the nvidia 180.x series.

once u install those drivers ur problem should be fixed.

the default drivers that come with vista are useless for games.

yes i already started downloadin drivers
and waiting to finish it'll take them about 40 mins
the file is 78 mb from laptopvideo2go.com (185.20)
they have drivers newer than the drivers you can find on nvidia website
but still , i cant understand how a 512 mb card canot make a 128 mb game work , 7atta law drivers are not that good .....

no no u will see, it will make a world of difference and fix ur problems.

the drivers that come with vista are only good for reading text hehe

These Drivers are Beta and not WHQL, and Beta are not So good.
I advice you to stick on nvidia official drivers.
AND really with no insult, do not expect alot from ur VGA.

all reviews about it were great
i didn't find any bigger vga on sale in a laptop in lebanon lol (click here for some rankings on Video cards)
it should run everything on high settings except games like crysis maybe
i downloaded these drivers , nothing much changed ......

and if i shouldn't expect much from my vga then from what vga should i expect a good performance ???
btw even nvidia official drivers are beta (179.28)

u cant really tell untill get a new game wich you are sure it's supposed to work on vista ........
