Always when market shaked in bad way it can cause very bad results for all players on market. It just destabilize situation much on the market which is already in hard pressure (no new backbone, no improvements, world crysis). For ISP's who got cut of their link - some recovered, some not. ISPs who use only Ogero now also affected, they got abnormal amount of increased usage, and they are not ready for that. More than that - they cannot upgrade, so they are cutting double speed offers and implementing quotas on "unlimited night traffic".
Thats result of illiterate policy.
Most funny thing, latest info i got. This small internet blackout caused by illegal ISP, who doesn't care to register even at gov't as ISP, and all his links is illegal. They dont have even website. But government "helping" them, trusting to wrong information. They lied even on some information, and already we open case in court about that.
But all that funny, right?
