How much will it cost me if I took it to Lebanon for reparation? How long will it take to be repaired? Any idea?

The same thing happened to my laptop, I tried to connect it to an external monitor, but even it was still not fine.. so it was a VGA card problem, not the LCD monitor. I had to replace the whole motherboard in order to fix it.
For your laptop, it is the LCD, you should change it and it costs too much. So, as Danny said, getting a new laptop is the best solution. Check the price of a new LCD, compare it with the price of a new laptop and decide.
