hi to all friends that post here, any questions about iPhone I'll be happy to help you with as I have long time experience with it & i workin this domaine too,
the first reply to friend skyoong yes all the cases for iPhone 3g & 3gsare the same cz there is no different in body @ all, for second questions the different between firmware 3.0 & 3.0.1 that fix some issues on the txt messages that had problems with & it's safe 100% to updated but if your iPhone 3g or 3gs is jailbreak make backup on itune then restore & update it when finsh you have to jailbeak it again & you can back up all your apps again itune will ask you if you wanna install as new iphone or from backup it's your choice...

How much is a 3GS selling in Lebanon? I'm between an IPhone and Nokia for my new handset.

Hi there, for me i know how much in Canada but no idea in lebanon, but b4 you decide check to see if there's a 3g network in Lebanon or not or which network they use cz the Iphone 3gs use 3g network, so if they don't use 3g network you'll pay money for something you won't be able to use all it's function or options, it will be like any regular phone

last month, the 3G was being sold for ~$400-$500.

there isn't a 3G network in lebanon, but WiFi spots are spreading really fast, especially in the Beirut area.

if you are not going to use 3G or 3Gs get the new ipod touch then, it has mic, install fring with gizmo, and google voice and no need for any voice nor cell plans.

i didn't encounter 3GS sold in Lebanon yet.. at least not in official cell shops..
