Default Internet Hunger in Lebanon. Solution. 100 times cheaper. - 10th September 2009

As you know with recent events with Barouk relay and etc, it was supposed that internet should be better. But it is not. Ogero as was not giving bandwidth to anyone, that still is not giving bandwidth.

I was reading recent articles on slashdot, and found one, that seems actual.
Here is article
Slashdot Idle Story | Pigeon Turns Out to be Faster Than S. African Net

My idea is:
10 pigeons with 32GB USB flashes will reach Cyprus in 3 hours. This means after calculations 242 Mbit/s of raw data. This can provide data for 30000 users.

Pigeons have wide variety of choices.
Pigeons For Sale
Pigeon cost $50-$200.
Let's say we keep 50 most expensive pigeons that will work 1 month only. But i guess they can stay alive on this hard job, delivering internet in Lebanon. Thats $10000. $0.33/month/person. While Lebanese users pay exactly 100 times more for internet.

I guess cause people here when they see something more sophisticated than remove of TV they are accusing person that he is spy. Pigeon is simple. So you are safe at least.

Notes:
1)You need redundancy. There is predators.
2)You need more pigeons on hold, they cannot fly non-stop.

Pigeon Link. I hope noone of the government will steal my idea :-D

Cool, but this doesn't take into consideration the "transmission delay".
The main flaw is that if you need to send a small file of 1kbytes you will still need to wait for 3 hours :)
But cool idea though
