I find the first one (the NavLeb map) working the best,
I've tried the lebnavi(35.1 Mb), and found no difference with the navleb(16.4Mb),
And the Georges Kalash's map, need to be processed using cgpsmapper in order to make it work on Mapsource (a software that allows you to edit the maps (create waypoints, view routes, ....) and finally deploy them on your Garmin device).
There is one other map that isn't better than the NavLeb one, but its link is broken.

So use the NavLeb map on your Garmin Device,
You just rename your map to gmapsupp.img and put it in a /Garmin/gmapsupp.img on your memory card.
Then enjoy your new navigation system
