lol

Well, GJC suggested I start a thread on this specific topic alone, without focusing on creationism/intelligent design.

The one-liner was all I had on the top of my head at the moment.

This has nothing to do with the biological aspect of evolution.

By the way, I have one "objective" evidence for evolution.

Humans are born as babies, grow up physically and mentally with time, and eventually evolve into adults.

Since babies evolve into adults, evolution is a "fact".

there is no specification evolution : it could be bio ..mentally... intelligence ....
there is no limits in abu ruman question so dont put limits

this argument ...is 2 naive

Ok, this thread seems to have started on the wrong foot but let's try not to waste a thread with very big potential. I'll start first by this wikipedia article that groups all evidence for evolution http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evidence_of_common_descent and some articles:
Darwin's Lost World

Evolution is alive and swimming in Borneo.

Charles Darwin called Borneo “one great wild untidy luxuriant hothouse made by nature for herself.” The Southeast Asian island continues to be one of the world’s most sizzling hot spots of biodiversity. The World Wildlife Fund recently announced that in 2006 biologists identified a record 52 new species there: 30 fish, 2 tree frogs, 16 ginger plants, 3 trees, and a large-leafed plant.
Among them is a new species of Glyptothorax, one of the world’s strangest catfish. Glyptothorax doesn’t swim much, preferring instead to use suckers on a patch of belly below its mouth to cling to rocks in fast-moving rivers. Unlike other Glyptothorax, the new species has teeth that protrude even when its mouth is shut. That’s why the creature was named Glyptothorax exodon (meaning “out teeth”).
Countless species found nowhere else flourish in Borneo’s warm rain forests. Since 1994, more than 400 new species have been discovered on the island, including the world’s largest cockroach, a snake that changes colors like a chameleon, a catlike carnivorous mammal, and a pygmy elephant. The island is also one of two places in the world where endangered orangutans, elephants, and rhinos live together.
“What is special about Borneo is that big and small species alike are still being discovered,” says Adam Tomasek, director of the Borneo and Sumatra program at the WWF. Scientists need to act fast: Most of the newfound species are endangered by deforestation.

Evolution, Accelerated

by Jeremy Elton Jacquot, Los Angeles on 05.15.07

Science & Technology
Scientists have mostly discussed and understood evolution as a process whose effect can only be ascertained over the course of thousands, if not millions of years. In essence, evolution is defined as a change in a population's genetic composition over many generations, due to the effect of natural selection acting on individual genetic variation, that results in the development of new species. And although this notion still holds true for the most part, researchers have increasingly begun to notice the growing role that climate change has played in accelerating the rate of evolution in certain species. http://www.treehugger.com/mt/mt-stat...ld-smaller.gif
Smaller
In an effort to adapt to the rapidly changing conditions being spurred by the advent of global warming, species of plants and animals have been engaging in an evolutionary arms race to take advantage of declining resources and space. Warm-weather animals such as shallow-water squid and weed field mustard, in particular, have been able to outcompete their cold-weather colleagues for precious food and territory. Upon encountering changing weather regimes, species are forced to tweak their physiological mechanisms and reproductory rates to quickly conform to their new environment, adaptations that can accumulate in the form of genetic mutations and get passed down to their offspring, eventually leading to speciation.
The effect of these invading species can be detrimental and often results in fundamental ecosystem-level changes. Shane Wright, an evolutionary biologist from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, notes that tropical animals will only benefit up to a certain point, however, remarking that, "There can be too much of a good thing.

Hey guys & gals. Maybe one of you can post a comprehensive study of Evolution from a reliable source that provides scientific and archaeological evidence of Evolution so we can discuss in more detail here.

LC, maybe you can kick it off by providing a study from someone highly regarded in the scientific community, like for example Richard Dawkins.

If no one does it, then I'll just pull out my old physical anthropology book and post the case for Evolution here so we can begin to tackle the scientific laws and evidence of Darwinism. Although, I'd prefer an Atheist to do this, so I won't be accused of being biased.
