All DVDs and cds (all multimedia) should pass through the general security for a check up and they will charge you on it.
Any item that have a commercial value you pay customs tax on it.In this case it's 5%.
Only in one condition you won't pay the taxes,if the mail was sent as a document.But this won't happen if you are sending it by DHL FedEx TNT or UPS even Aramex.
