last book i read was "quantum of solace and other short stories" by ian flemming
am currently reading "history of western phlosophy" by bertrand russel, and "1984" by george orwell.
when i finish those i have "traite d'atheologie" by michel onfray, "a house of many mansions" by kamal salibi (i read the arabic translation several years ago, i just bought the original version, and "the curious case of benjamin button and other jazz age stories" by F. Scott fitzgerald. those are waiting, when i start them, i'll go and buy a new batch.
I'm currently half way through The Cairo Trilogy, written by Naguib Mahfouz. Extremely enjoyable and at times hilarious beyond imagining. His writing can be compared to Dostoevsky's.
