And u should not be surprised! This kind of movies focuses on the visual and sound effects more than the story. Enno we all know the story, Spiderman will defeat the enemy at the end... But what excites u about such movies, It's the scenes about fights and the sounds...
I do not expect a beautiful romance coming out from Spiderman 3 or Superman or any of that kind of movies.

The movie with will smith and gene hackman, i love this movie,watched it like 10 times already and can't seem to be able to change the channel when it comes on.

pros: the sniping scenes; action scenes in general; intense storyline
cons: some rambo parts where the hero runs up a hill facing like a bazillion enemies; you'd feel you've seen it all before in the likes of Enemy of the State
