the movie is deep but who said that deep movies needed to feel like funerals?
Well this movie is certainly not about hot babes and spectacular action scenes. Nah, for that get an Angelina Jolie movie. Scarlett is different, she is real, tastes like life.

Why does it feel like a funeral for you? I didnt feel this in the movie...

In fact I really like its mood, also has a feeling of a Bertolucci movie. Yalla 20 mins and I will know how it ends:D

any movie where Scarlett Johansson doesn't put out && where Bill Murray doesn't crack us up is a big mutual fund funeral..

the slow pace of the movie felt like i was in purgatory, following an endless pointless procession of the of lost & dead souls as brooding dirge hymns and eerie ominous music notes blacked the dark crimson skies above me even further with high gigantic looming clasping gray clouds reaching out as if doomsdays claws of choking ash and piercing amber were just out there to get me..

ultimately my eyes were watching the movie alright but my mind was already somewhere else truly cataclysmic that was actually more interesting than watching that movie..

Yes you are surely lost, this movie is beyond your comprehension:D
If your mind is set on such dark scenes I would recommend you the movie Darkness.

i don't think that movie is for me, i scare too easily if someone isn't holding my hand in spooky horror movies

30 Days of Night. I was very close from throwing up when the movie ended.

Running with Scissors (2006)

Unoriginal, yet the directing really shines in some scenes.
