I don't know how many people know about this movie, anyway i am very excited to watch it, here are some info from the official website.

The Hunt For Gollum is an unofficial not for profit short film by a group of enthusiast filmmakers. As a Lord of the Rings Fan Film, we are not affiliated with the Tolkien Estate or New Line Cinema and are producing this project as an entirely non commercial film. As with other fan films we are making this purely for the enjoyment of the material and the experience of making a high quality low budget film.
It says on the website that the movie (45 min) is to be "released" for streaming on the website on the 3rd of march which is yesterday, but it isn't yet so i guess they are behind schedule, anyway lets wait and see.
PS: please don't forget that this is a movie made by Fans and is very low budget so don't expect something close the original trilogy (which if you ask my opinion no movie is ever close to it). But anyways, it looks very interesting at least for LOTR/Tolkien fans like me :)
THIS IS A MUST !! i wont be missing this for sure thanks for the news BORIS . i ll run over the whole net to find it and i ll make sure all the LOTR fans on the forum will get the link to download it.
