Personnally, it's one of the best series i've ever watched. I love the medical frame and human conflicts inside it, the characters' strength and weaknesses....
Derek's hair :)
Meredith's psychological journey :)
Izzie's kindness :)
Alex's appearant harchness and on the other and, his incredibly soft side :)
Christina's determination and ambition...
Torres's Sexual swings :P

Yeah but I gotta tell u that the first couple of seasons were way better... I think they should finish it up with this season or else it will get very boring, just like other tv series.

Take Smallville for example, it gets disgusting with each episode.
