Hey everyone,
in fact i heard that a new reality tv began in leb...its name is Alwady....
In fact....as i understood....celebrities are living in some place and filmed 24 hours!!


I am not sure if it the lebanese version of "Simple Life" in USA
and "La Ferme Celebrites" in France

so, com on, tell us more about this show...only lebanese celebrities or arab.....
And what do you think about it....
cauz i know a little the american version in wich participated: Paris Hilton
And the french version of course....and so i am a little bit chocked that they are having a version in lebanon....becauz lebanese celebrities arent like world celebrities.....they dont just expose their everyday life to media......at least most of them!

and give us your opinions about reality shows in general in leb....how do you find them.....are there a necessity or a need or a proove of lack of ideas and creativity nowadays in the lebanese media????

aline, i don;t know abt the others, but i just can't watch the show nor the prime! i dont know abt those celebrity ppl since i only recognized the lebanese, ama the others, i never heard of them! if it wasn't because of hayfa wehbe, i'm sure the nb of viewers will be very little,
abt the creativity thing, lbc is known for its "copy paste" issue, they take the idea and elaborate it in an arabic way, but the prob is that u always feel the prog is done for gulf ppl not for the lebanese, and u see all the arab world concerned axcept for lebanese cos we already know the result since we don't have money to call and win and we're a very small country!

they knew the show will lose big time if they can't some1 famous and as beautiful and sexy as hayfa

the only reality show I watch from time to time is the boxing reality show with silvester stalone in it, at least it contain dedicated tough boxers fighting to win

it's the same as la ferme celebrites in france. they are at their second season, and i dont understand why they went on a second season in france since the first didnt really succeed. the twist in the lebanese "alwadi" is haifa bein a permanent guest, because hadnt she been on the program, noone would even consider watching it. i like some reality tv shows but this one is the worst ever,its the most boring, the stupidest,the silliest and the worst is that most of the so called celebrities arent even known in their countries. it's just another show so that LBCI can raise money from our arab neighbors who have a few pennies and they dont know how to spend them.

Efta7 albak (georges kordahi) is also a french TV show: "il y a que la verite qui compte" and i was shockesd when i knew they were doin a lebanese version of it. sometimes i wonder where LBC is willing to go to enlarge their accounts, i mean look at miss lebanon elctions, why on earth do the arabs have to decide who is goin to be miss lebanon. i just hope ICN opens really soon.

survivor is another example. i watched 8 of the 10 american survivor series and i cn tell you they are great, best reality TV show ever. the lebanese and french versions werent as half good.

they still need to make the " bachelor" and "bachelorette", this way LBC will officially touch the bottom.
