i have a question for you: if one day you were cooking and he entered the kitchen to help you ... but he burned the food and you were so tired preparing it and you were almost done ... what would be your reaction?
So what if he burns the entire kitchen? Big deal?
You want us to fight over "food"! Bnotbokh ghairon!!! Walaw! :D I don't like yalle bya3mlo menl 7abbe 2ebbe. If he burnt food, it's not like he joined the Israeli army lol.

this sexuality issue i can never understand!
specially the way it is conceived by the lebanese people.

sexual discrimination cant be simply got rid of. it's vital to the continuence of our pre-defined societies at the basic level; however, "mispracticing" it in some aspects can be pretty destructive as well!
in other words, sexual discrimination should be kept at the instinctual level and should never be practiced at the social level in a developed manner than that of the "healthy" one.

for instance, can somebody state for me what differences in personalities might exist between a man and a woman? arent both bound to have the same social roles and psychological characteristics?!

and then, when a couple decides finally to marry, or more generally, move in to live in one house and try to build a family since here in europe you dont need to sign papers or to get the stupid blessing of a clergyman in order to do this, why would they or one of them has to change anything in her/his personality, principles, or behavior?!
arent they supposed to be at full satisfaction and harmony of and with each other in order for them to take such a decision?!

as for me, the only thing i would like to get from my partner is that she stays the way i always knew her! she dont have to change anything in her nor add anything. and definetly she wont be doing certain extra things for me and vice-versa!

now that doesnt mean that a break up must be avoidable. problems and major misunderstandings due to wrong judgements could happen. at that point a break up is the only solution, there is no need to heal anything.
however, if that occurs at high percentage rate, then the whole society should be diseased! try to fix that up instead of seeking some shallow solutions!

Psychologically? Nope. They're more like two different species lol. When they understand that they are actually not the same, things would work out better.

It's not about changing everything, but there are things that your partner might not like to live with. For example, you clubbing all night (generally speaking) lol, or her morning coffee every day . Certain things have to change when you want to start a family. It's not like you're going to have to stop liking the colour blue for example! :D It's about other things. People need to compromise.

The life of a single person is different to that of s/he who has a partner. You or her would need to adapt and consequently change some things you're used to being single.

Breaking up when there's kids is a disaster to say the least. That's because you're taking others in your way. It hurst and harms children. So better make a wise decision in the beginning, or try to deal with simple problems. If there's no third party involved, Allah ma3 dwelibo lol.

being together with your partner for a long relation together and each one of you is living alone is totaly different from you both when you decide to move and live together, there are many things in both of you, cannot be discovered untill you live in one house together ... so don't tell me that you want her to stay like she used to be and never change ... this is totaly different ...

everyone of us wish that his partner stay like he loved him and never change but this doesn't mean that there are things that you will discover after living together will bother you/her ...

for example ... she doesn't like football and you love football and you have nothing to do but watching football all the time and this can bother her so much ... (me .. i hate football) what would you do?

there are small details in the relation can turn on the whole relation upside down and this is very serious and dangerous.

Men are always right .. Women ! Humm I dont think so .. They get too emotional on some occasions and ruin the whole thing ..

I think women should always obey the rules and take orders from men ..

This is equality .. We lead they follow .. Lead and Follow are equal .. LOL

i refered to three general terms by which the changes i hinted to could be categorized. could the examples you mentioned be categorized as such too?

one of the major wrongs that leads to such disastrous problem, highly occuring in lebanon, is to have kids at the very early stages of that partenship. a married couple should at least wait three years for a such huge step.
