instead of starving urself stick to low carbo diet..beside ya ammi u r not fat u posted in weight and hieght thread ur weight and hight..u r skinny..u need not lose weight..i quit cig put on 5 killos i am trying to lose them by eating low carbo food i lost 2 killos now so try to low carbo high protein food
for breakki i had a glass of milk with boiled egg and yoghurt
for lunch i had tuna with salad and 2 low Gi crackers
for dinner i will have grilled fish with veggies best low carbo veggies are broccli zucchini and mushrooms
