There are at least 2 companies i know and who are interested in sponsoring this. Any information about the sponsoring terms and conditions?

Guys, I was hesitating between participating and helping to organize... however was a bit late in deciding as work suddenly took a wrong turn towards "hectic highway" :S so now i will participate, however getting more participants requires some help from the organizers. When would it be possible to publish:
a- the rules and fees
b- the date and starting point
c- the prizes
That is what helps get people engaged and energized for participating...

If we are still in the prep phase and you're still missing resources please shout,,,
