Frankly, I like Sundays; on Sunday you can sleep as much as you want; on Sunday you can “have a conversation” with your parents, on Sunday you eat the most delicious food for free, on Sunday you watch the old episodes of “Cosby Show”, on Sunday you listen to the Arabic 80’s songs, on Sunday you can wash your car, on Sunday you can feed your dog…

On Sunday you can sit on the balcony “tmed ejrek” have a chips, have a coke and admire the cars passing under you (or the passengers it depends on your personality)…

You know Arzé, one of the best quality in Lebanese people is that they adapt easily. So don't be sad, tell us what do you do Friday? It is the same as what do we do on sundays?

Well as for me winter sundays are a bit boring as we just hang out in malls wandering around shopping having ice cream my friend and i and in summer we go to beach yuppi ...i dont cook on sundays as they are my days off so we eat on beach...relax and walk a bit on shore if ppl who play cricket allow us..hehe though my friend is tough she always yells at them and chase them away...but this sunday i missed the day on the beach as i went on excursion with my students but was fun too except of the heat soo hot these days in Lebanon

in winter sundays are calm when the weather is bad i prefer to stay in bed with my lap top or reading .....of course keep an eye on the forum (mod duty ) lunch at my parents house with all the family ( i never cook on sundays) . in the afternoon if the weather is good i go jogging with a friend of mine on the marina if the weather is bad well the best thing is hang out in the malls and shopping .

in summer .......... dont even ask ...LOL... its the beach laying down in the sun relaxing , swimming ...walking along the beach .... and fighting with those who keep playing palette or ball above our heads !!!!

I'm not sad at alllll...
We enjoy our time here,, Friday for me is for my small family and friends,, church in the morning,,, Lunch most of the time out,, (no cooking on Friday is a policy),, in summer if you like BBQ you can sit at the pool at noon ... pufff I like weekends... Its relaxing,,,

yalla soon I'll be working in Lebanon during summer (International Companies benefits),, so I can enjoy the Sunday's like all of you...

Sundays :D I waittt for sundaysssss!!! Why?
Coz usually sundays are the regular days where the lebanese football league is held! So we abandon the gathered family (dad and I, or my friends and I) and run to the stadiums to watch. Usually it is football in the morning, basketball in the afternoon, friends at night...
Now during summer, it's usually reserved for beaches or for the gathering of the family (we rarely hang out together so its nice to discuss stuff all together).. I usually wake up around noon during weekends.. but on sundays the family start entering my room on the tip of their toes.. to jump on my bed and yeghemrouneh bi 3atfeton :@ w eza mech henne, its the cat.. especially if its raining and he fears thunder...

from the 1st day that I started working on the 8th of August 2003 my life pattern was changed and I was obliged to adopt to new changes. I was obliged to find time to study, attend the courses and to eventually be free to get to work.

Before I started working my parents and I used to have lunch (on Sundays) at my grandmother house and on the way back to home at around 4 we eat ice cream and continue in our way. I used to reach home watch a basketball macth if there is any or play my favorite PC games and then finish my studies and go to sleep.

When I started working, I somehow abandoned my family. I barely see my father once a week. The most difficult part of my life until now was attending college and working at the same time. On Sundays these days I barely have lunch with my parents because I usually work from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. :(

concerning the beach, well I do not swim but I try to go to the beach with my friends at my OFF days if our free time coincides with each other. Sunday is not an activity day for me and in my OFF days now I sleep for 15 or 16 hrs. because I sleep late everyday coz I surf the internet alot or I rarely go with my friends to pubs.

I wake up in the morning, shower, change, go to work come back at 11pm... check my emails and sleep...
