3rd July 2009
I was just watching a video on youtube today a really sad video and very touching and while i was watching the video all i could think of how people drive like maniacs in Lebanon!
Please watch iT!!!!
now after seeing the video you know what i mean!
i think the Lebanese Government and especially Ziad Baroud should work on that kind of advertisement awareness they should bomb all the Lebanese Tv stations with that type of ads make it like we have reached a dead end situation! exactly like the election awareness ads!
How many more people have to die?

I remember years ago my aunt had an accident in lebanon and she almost died, she promised herself never to drive a car! 6 years later she got married and moved to the USA now she is driving and nothing can stop her because in the US people drive like human beings and not like animals!!
by the way why is it ''Namby Pamby'' to have the car belt on in Lebanon i remember i puted once the car belt on as im used to it here they started to laugh at me like what are you doing!
so why do Lebanese think it is tuff to drive without car belt on? like i am the man i drive without car belt... car belts are only for pu****

I don't know why we judge Lebanese people and don't blame our government for not setting roles and punishing drivers for disobeying the rules..I am lebanese yet driving in Australia and obeying the rules if we had rules and big fines to pay and after few black points we lose our driving licence i reckon we will drive more carefully but as it is feltaneh and noone sueing us so we say what the heck..here if u cross the red line u r fined 200 Aust if u go beyond speed limits u r fined 150 Aust if u park in wrong zone the same u should stay on ur right lane etc..in beginning i found it difficult to drive here but when i went to leb and drove there i was always on my nerves people blowing their horns for no reason few stopping at traffic lights even lights for pedestrian they didn't stop to let people cross..so how will lebanese people respect eachother on roads when there are no big fines that really hurt..instead of charging us taxes on food and others they can make good money by fining people who disobey the rules and in this way we will learn..I am sure we will cause nothing hurts more than a big fine..
