Thats so funny but I have a hard time to belive that since you cant personalise your car plate in Quebec, you cant even choose the numbers on it.

Unles what you said has recently changed, yes you can, you can write whatever you want on your plate as long as it's not been taken before.

Not in Quebec and that hasn't changed yet coz I will be the first one who change my plate. Otherwise, Ontario and other provinces in Canada tolerate that.

I've never been to Quebec, so i can't really argue with you about this, but my director told me about it not too long ago, she is from Quebec and she lives there and modified hers.
