Hosting a party !? - The Orange Room

Hello everyone ... I will be hosting a party,more like dinner/party in a month..It's going to be in a hotel and with like a 100 people or more...
Thought I could ask you guys for some tips I should use while talking..maybe about clothing too...Now i've had a few little experiences in it before, but this one is more important for me..So any good ideas would be nice help for me!

We can give you many odeas however could you be mroe specific? Like, country, place, typr of people, purpose of party, type of food....

Just to have a better idea about what you need.
Are you giving a presentation? Or is it a speech? Are you the MC of the ceremony or what exactly?
That's only to know what kind of information you need.

OK guys I think I should be more specific :
So it's a Dance School doing the annual party, and the dancers will be performing on stage in front of their parents and friends.It's taking place in Ceaser's Palace Regency.
So i'll be the MC and i am preparing what to talk form now ...I'll have a presentation about the School in the beginning...that's about it...
